Festival Locations

The main festival will be located at Nowra Showground due to ongoing works on the riverfront this year.

Day 1 and Day 2 – Main Event

Due to last minute Shoalhaven Council requirements the committee has been forced to relocate to Nowra Showground for the main event.

The Nowra Showground is a short ten-fifteen minutes walk from Nowra CBD.

Free local shuttle

We are mindful of the limitations for parking or travelling to Nowra Showground and will provide free bus services to the event, please note this service is limited to weekend timetable services and does not run late on both days.  The complimentary (free) bus service will operate regularly between the festival bus stop opposite Shoalhaven Hospital on Scenic Drive and Jervis Bay. Please see the Free Bus Timetable for all details.

Drop off area

There will be designated drop off and pick up points for people who have limited mobility or are arriving by taxi. Please follow the directions of traffic controllers at all times.

Arriving by car

If you are planning to visit the festival by car there are various places in Nowra for you to leave your car and take the short walk to the Festival Precinct with limited access by cars during the two days. Nowra CBD Council car parks and private car parks under Council control offer parking just a short distance to the festival. Nowra CBD also provides plenty of 1P and 2P on street parking.

Arriving by train

Nowra can be reached via train by taking the South Coast line from Sydney’s Central station, changing at Kiama station and alighting at Bomaderry Station (Nowra’s train station). The festival precinct is a short 10 minute walk from Bomaderry Station or jump aboard one of the complimentary shuttle-buses to the event.

Regular City Rail train services are available from Sydney Central station travelling through Woolongong, Albion Park, Shellharbour to Kiama and then changing trains for the final destination at Bomaderry.

There are also train services from Canberra to Nowra (via Albion Park) where you would take the Country Link train to Moss Vale and then change to a Country Link coach that will take you to Albion Park. Once at Albion park you would change to a City Rail train to Kiama then change for Nowra/Bomaderry. For this service phone 13 22 32 or book online. More information on train services.
