The Shoalhaven River Festival street parade is a tribute to the historic Nowra Spring Parade, a huge community event that attracted thousands of people to the Nowra CBD in the 70s, 80s and 90s. Kicking off the annual Shoalhaven River Festival each year the parade begins at 11am in the Nowra Showgrounds and snakes its way through the Nowra CBD before heading down towards the southern banks of the Shoalhaven River and the festival precinct.
A fantastic community display of local clubs, community groups and businesses who parade through the streets on floats and vehicles.
